Six people are presumed dead after a cargo ship hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore on Tuesday, causing the bridge’s collapse. All six have been identified as immigrant construction workers working to repair the bridge’s potholes. The bridge collapse has ignited conversations about the country’s aging infrastructure and the hazardous working conditions many immigrant workers face.
