At the same time, according to reports, Jordan is permitting the US to station additional military forces on its soil as part of an American deployment to ‘defend’ Israel. Tamara Nassar, the associate editor of The Electronic Intifada, explains how the solidarity movement with Palestine and the consequences of the conflict is affecting the broader political scene in Jordan.
